1.0台風による営業停止について、はやめの連絡をしてくれた
− キャンセルするようホテルより連絡があり、ブッキングドットコムでキャンセルしましたが、キャンセル料がかかる時期のキャンセルのため、ブッキングからホテルに確認した上でキャンセル料について判断しますとメールありましたが、ホテルの確認が未実施のため、ホテルの料金がかかったままになっています。 ブッキングドットコムには上記やりとりをメールしましたが、なんのメールもありません。 料金がどうなったかその後の詳細がわかりませんが、とりあえずはブッキングドットコムの連絡に対し、返信をしてください。 このような手間がかかっていること、バンガローは駄目でも他の部屋は泊まることができたみたいなので、そのような提案があってもよかったと思います。
