The beautiful private garden, very clean and spacious, almost luxury apartment, peacfull, neighbourhood, close to Lidl

− Depending on what you want , we were far from Gunzberg downtown, but closer to Legoland which was our primary location. It is walking distance, but we came with a train and must take a taxi with suitcase it is not that easy to come.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Nähe zum Legoland. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist auch in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

− Topflappen für das Backrohr haben gefehlt. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären echt super. Und einen Hinweis, welche Wohnung es ist. Wir standen im Erdgeschoss vor drei Türen und waren uns nicht sicher. Es ist zwar ein zwtt eingeklemmt, aber das erkennt man nicht so gut.

Krásný čistý interiér, veškerá potřebná vybavenost, prostorné, skvětlé, milá pozornost pro syna + připravené 2 lahve pití, srozumitelné instrukce, skvělá lokalita blízko Legolandu.

− Chyběla mikrovlnka a sítě proti hmyzu, ale to jsou spíše detaily.

ottimo appartamento, grande, pulito e con ottimo giardino ideale per i bambini. A due minuti a piedi dal supermercato lidl e a 7 minuti d'auto per visitare Legoland. Ottima posizione veramente. Tutto il necessario per cucinare e dormire con asciugamani.

The apartment is nice, spacious and it has its own parking space near the building. It also has a back yard where you can spend time and relax. The bed is comfortable. You can reach Legoland in 8 minutes by car. The neighborhood is very quiet. Near the apartment there is a Lidl supermarket (2 minutes walk). You have the necessary tools if you want to cook a meal. The apartment is clean and you have plenty of space inside and out (in the back yard). The furniture and all the things in the apartment are modern and of a good quality. In the bathroom we had soap, shower gel and there is also a hairdryer. Hot water available at all times. There were shutters at all windows and door so if you want to sleep without the light coming in it is very important. The sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping, but it is acceptable. The city center and restaurants are at 20 minutes walk from the apartment. We had 2 bottles of water and some fruits when we arrived and we have appreciated the courtesy gesture. I recommend this apartment for a trip to Legoland and for families with children as you have enough space and possibility to prepare meals if you want to.

− The communication with the host was very poor. We were 4 persons (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and we had only 2 body towels. I have written the host on booking and also on WhatsApp (as there were their phone numbers written on a paper inside the apartment) and they replied the following day, without helping us - we stayed 3 nights and 2 of us used face towels for the body. I wrote in the first morning at 9 a.m. and I received the reply next day at 10 a.m. without a solution to my problem. I have received the details for check-in only after I wrote a message to the host on booking at 4 p.m. Usually these are sent proactively in the day of arrival. There is no ironing machine in the apartment. There is a dishwasher but you have only 4-5 small plates, 4-5 big ones and 4-5 bowls. So it is hard to use the dishwasher not having a spare. WiFi was not working very well. We had to buy toilet paper as the supply in the apartment was not sufficient although we have stayed very little time inside (we had 2 full days at Legoland) - not a big issue. There are few flies that could enter in the apartment as there were no nets. But you can avoid this in the evening if you keep the lights off. The apartment is in a quiet area but I think there are some farms or animals in the area as sometimes it smelled not so nice outside :).
