It could have been better
7.0The host told us they don’t provide toiletries but to our surprise, there were 3 towels &2 toilet rolls provided inside the room. At least that’s convenient since towels in the pool area and at the beach need to be rented. We can cook in our room & order food too.
− We were actually transferred to a different room cuz of system error according to the host. Our room was dusty and mouldy. I needed to wipe down the walk in closet cabinet surfaces to get rid of dust and moulds build up. My daughter moved the bed too and saw moulds behind the headboard. Good thing I always bring Lysol disinfectant spray whenever I travel. The kitchen was not well lit hence why we had a hard time seeing what we were cooking. But at least we were allowed to cook and we can also order food to be delivered in our room with ₱100 delivery charge. Towels at the pool and beach come with a fee.

Amazing place to stay!
9.0The host was kind, accommodating and responsive. Kudos to Racquel and Jacky who assisted us. Smooth check in/out. Stable internet connection. Beds were comfortable. Had a very nice view from the balcony of the garden and lagoon area. Have a complete kitchenware and offered useful appliances. Room was big and spacious.
− No towels and toiletries. Elevators not working, thus, we need to use the stairs. The pool, restaurants and beach were quite far from the unit. Pricey food cost in the restaurants but still delicious. The pool area was over crowded.
