− Check in was terrible. Didn't send the link to pay the deposit (which wasn't advertised on the web site). Took and extra hour to get the check in code.

− Would highly recommend taking pictures/ video of apartment when you arrive and just before you leave as we we’re accused of damaging a lamp which wasn’t the case and had proved this with images/ videos we had taken before we left.
The apartment suited our needs for a trip to Thorpe Park. Lots of restaurants closeby.
