9.0Ubicación, acceso pronto a Br 101, cerca de Estacion de Servici y de Supernercado. Caai nuevo. Cercano a la playa 800 mts. El barrio esta en pleno desarrollo y esta rodeado de obras en construcción. El barrio es precario , pero muy seguro y amigable. Quien era anfitrión asistió en el ingreso rápidamente.
− Falta de cuidado por quienes lo alquilan y falta de mantenimiento en detalles. Del lavadero salía muy feo olor. Techo del baño en malas condiciones. Falta de mesa de noche. Un marco de puerta sostenido por una cinta. Cambiamos lámparas que estaban quemadas . Detalles, pero que no impidieron tener unos 12 maravillosos días.
