10.0The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. They even had the aircon running in the room ahead of my arrival. I was delayed at customs and my airport pick up driver waited no issues. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The food was great and they took care of my food allergies in preparing it. They held my big luggage in between my two stays and kept them safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again.
− The water pressure was very low in the shower, I don't think I could have washed my hair there.

8.0They were happy for me to arrive at 3:30am! For a small place that was great. Rooms were clean - both. The room they prepared for me had a larger than I'd like lizard in amongst the netting and no one was really happy to evict it so they happily allowed me to take another room. Second, in a rush to be on my way I forgot to pick up all my belongings so they held on to them until I was passing back on my way to the airport. Finally, a lot of grace. I also left with a room key, which they were fine with and allowed me to return that at the same time. The location was perfect for a flight arriving at the time mine did, not far from the airport and the staff were really nice. I kept thinking I've met some hotel staff before but realise they don't treat you as a stranger.
