Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr ruhig, aber optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art. Appartement ist sehr geräumig, optimal ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon. Leicht erreichbare hauseigene Liegewiese direkt am See. Die Vermieterin Laura war sehr freundlich, problemloser Check-in. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Lago d'Orta.

We had an amazing stay in Casa Elsa. The apartment was very spacious and was well equipped. The views from the balcony were amazing. It’s a great locations, quiet with lakeside views. We loved the short walk into town each day along the side of the lake with beautiful views. Laura the host was very lovely and responded quickly.

View, location, balcony, shower, staff amazing. 10 out of 10! Plus private beach, things to do, gorgeous quaint town. Loved it.

− Single bed and sofabed not comfortable. Nor was the bedding or pillows. Would prefer cotton bedding.

Recently, my family and I went on an unforgettable trip to Italy, to the beautiful Lago d'Orta. We stayed in the charming town of San Giulio, at Villa Casa Elsa — and it was truly a wonderful experience. There were five of us and a small Corgi dog, and we comfortably settled into the spacious apartment. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including a coffee machine — we really felt at home. The villa offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding hills. Free parking was available nearby, which is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by car. There’s also a cozy gazebo with a small grill and a breathtaking view over the lake — although we didn’t use it, it’s a nice surprise for barbecue lovers. The historical center of San Giulio is just a short walk away. In the evenings, it’s amazing to stroll through its narrow old streets, take in the charm of the old town, enjoy the lake views, have dinner at a local restaurant, and sip a glass of good wine. You’ll also find small shops with lovely souvenirs. A special highlight was the Coffee Museum, where very welcoming people serve excellent coffee — a must-visit! One of the greatest advantages of staying at Casa Elsa is the private beach available exclusively to guests — free of charge! It’s only a few minutes' walk from the villa, and the area is incredibly peaceful and scenic. Right next to the beach, you can rent kayaks, pedal boats, or SUP boards. The host, Laura, was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Without a doubt, we’ll stay at Villa Casa Elsa again on our next trip — and we’ll recommend it to all our friends and family!
