− Our sons were sleeping on the sofa couch as it was a booking for 4. It might have been nice if their bedding was placed on the sofa for them.

8.0Excellent location - literally across the road from the CBD & shopping centre. Access to a myriad of restaurants.
− It’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Trying to access the key is a hassle but the point of contact was available straight away and extremely responsive and helpful.

Despite the convenient location, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the broken toilet flush, unusable dishwash
3.0We loved the location as it was very convenient! Finding the parking and keys was helpful
− The toilet was broken as the flush button kept on falling off. The dishwasher would not turn on and did not work. The outside furniture was rubbish and had black stuff all over it. The sheets had holes and had some stains that made it not look clean. The cabinets under the sink was broken and fell off. We had to reattach it ourselves. There was zero instructions on how to set up the sofa bed. There was 2 teaspoons and 2 forks which is not very practical for three people.

8.0Everything was very good except finding the keys and getting in. Friends who arrived at the same time also had problems getting in. Complicated.
− Finding the keys was complicated. There are 2 entrances to Metropol 1, and of course, I chose the wrong one. It was a long and complicated process.
