The Lake House was lovely. Well decorated, very clean, spacious, warm, central heating, lots of rugs to stay cosy in the colder days/nights, plenty of cutlery/crockery, good sized drawers and wardrobe. We loved that we were just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the view from the front. We really felt cosy and at home.

− Only two small things… we would like a brighter standing lamp in the living area for nighttime and felt the mattresses could do with a flip/turn.

Excellent breakfast at the pub.

− The plants/ reeds in front of the decking have not been cut down like the other properties. We could not see the duck pond properly when say out.
