Very nice stay.
8.0Very nice property and all basic needs were catered for.
− The street is quite narrow. Unfortunately there were road works that made it a bit more difficult but there was ample parking spaces on street further up. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep so need to be careful especially for elderly person.
Overall my stay was amazing it was near Starbucks, pharmacy, Asda, Greggs and Subway. The place was quiet and I was able

Needs some updating or photos adapting to represent the property fully
5.0The sofa was comfortable and the house was clean.
− The bathroom needs some real TLC!!! The flooring is ripped near the shower and there are many areas of mould :( the window in the upstairs back bedroom wouldn’t shut which was fine as it was hot and relatively quiet but wouldn’t be the same if it was cold and/or wet! The wall desk table in the front bedroom was broken.

6.0Location was good for what I needed. It was ok. Smart TV was good.
− Street is a little tight for parking, internal walls could be doing with a few repairs, the stairs are very steep, inside kitchen cupboards were dirty, vynal was ripped at shower exposing the floor.
