10.0Absolutely wonderful! Hot tub and caravan were brilliant. Loads of space, chairs to sit out, extras like games and dvds. The caravan is in a really good spot next to fields ideal to walk the dog and spot rabbits. So much to do if you buy passes but also if you don't. Local pubs are great and watching the planes overhead are something else. We'll definitely be back!

Caravan not great but the grounds were fabulous, swimming play areas big tent and restaurant food a was lovely. Overall
3.0Location hot tub
− Wasn’t the cleanest, could do with child locks on kitchen cupboards we had a one year child. Wasn’t enough room to put hot tub cover when using the tub, it was not safe as it fell on my head one night so we didn’t take it off fully after that. Shower temp was scalding first night and central heating came on so added to the 32 degrees temp out side and after a 3 hour journey down
Had a lovely stay in Lancaster Views. Location was great, especially if you like to watch the RAF activity, they fly rig

− This caravan is everything you would need i can't think of one single bad thing, the owner is very responsive and absolutely lovely will definitely be returning

9.0Absolutely spotless 😊 Quieter end of site a distance from facilities, but in no way a problem for me. Easy walk to Tattershall castle and surrounding area across the ridge/river, which also provides great views of Coningsby base if you like plane spotting . Caravan is directly under runway flight path for the Typhoons (which I found absolutely fantastic!). Hot tub is very clean and a lovely bonus. Highly recommend 🤩
