Nice spacious but forgettable house.
7.0It would be a bit of a stretch to describe this house as luxury but it did represent good value for money. It was spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom and lots of living area and large dining table. Two toilets and separate wash basins is always welcome.
− The one split system air conditioning is inadequate to cool the bedrooms and games room. While it has a pool table it only had one half cue stick, a missing ball and broken pockets. No fan in toilet and window locked also showed window locked. Also there is a small flat at the front not in advertisment that you have to share driveway with. Garage is not usable and full of junk.
Overall, disappointing.
4.0Internally, the property is alright and suited our family. Big bathroom, good shower.
− I think stating the property as ‘luxury’ is a bit of an exaggeration. There are a number of internal maintenance issues, the paved driveway and garden beds are full of weeds and the front gate is missing. Unable to park in the garage as there are lots of boxes etc and there was no mention of a granny flat, that also had people staying.

7.0Nice and cool inside. Washing machine and detergent available. No coffee tea or milk, Beds were clean, but there was food splattered around that could’ve been cleaned up before we arrived. We cleaned it up so we wouldn’t get blamed for it and copped a bad review. Tea towels would be a nice touch so we can dry up our dishes before we left. Staff were outstanding and very helpful. I would stay again but not for that price.
