10.0Foi ótimo acomodação mas que pena fiquei um dia por motivos de doença mas foi muito bom . O ap muito bonito muito organizado tudo de bom voltarei em breve por gostar muito da península de marau .
A localização é um ponto forte, mas necessita de melhoras em outros aspectos

− Alguns dos itens descritos no anúncio não tinha, a exemplo de ferro de passar roupas, secador de cabelos, e ainda questionei ao anfitrião antes, pra confirmar se tinha esses itens, ele respondeu q sim, mas não foi o q verifiquei no local. A falta de banheiro na área da piscina é algo a ser corrigido, pois algumas pessoas usam o chuveiro… Alguns dos utensílios de cozinha e colchão precisam de troca ou manutenção

− A cama é um pouco desconfortável. O banheiro não tem ventilação, poderia ter um exaustor.

− Cama ruim, encontramos rato e barata ma area externa, acomadacao poderia estar mais limpa, pareceu estar fechada ha muito tempo, com teias de aranha em alguns ambientes Box c vazamento de agua, o banheiro acabava ficando alagado pos banho

− Embora o prédio seja novo, é visível a necessidade de manutenção no apartamento, principalmente no box do chuveiro
