Excellent stayed, need some updating.

− quality of toilet paper, right knob in kitchen not working, need more paper towels, I had my girls stayed with me and need more shower towels. Patio furniture needs updating.
Would have been nice if there were not safety issues with the property.

− There were no smoke detectors in this home, which was very unsafe in a place like LA in July. We reported it to the host and they just claimed they were there when they weren't.

10.0EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING IT WAS CLOSE BY TO THE PLACES WHERE WE HAD TO GO I MEAN IT WORKED OUT SO LOVELY WE WERE IN NEED OF SOMEWHERE TO REST OUR HEADS WHILE OUT IN LA THIS IS HONESTLY THE MOST BEST PROPERTY AND SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED💯
Disappointing
4.0This home was spacious enough for my group and easy access to universal studios.
− We were locked out of the property on our second night because the door keypad died. Nobody was able to come help us or replace the battery until the next day when we weren’t there. The only reason we eventually got inside to sleep is because we left a back door unlocked. The property has offered no compensation or reimbursement for this huge inconvenience. I hope they can remediate this issue and make sure the keypad has batteries for future guests.
