− They refused to give us towels on a daily basis We had to fight for the towels . Cleaning stuff we has to fight for Parking was a mission Overall experience was a fight from the beginning
Great loaction, perfect seaview
6.0The apartment size is very nice, and the location is good as it’s not as busy as Umhlanga, so heading out for walks is much better
− The location is good and the apartment block Perna Perna is very well looked after, but unit 19 seems to be less of a priority now that the apartments are privately owned, Unit 19 has one massive small black ants problem, one use of the shower and there is no hot water left, overall inside the unit you can clearly tell the unit is not priority to keep in top condition..

− A limpeza deixou mesmo a desejar. Chegamos a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam manchados, e quando vinham fazer limpeza simplesmente não trocavam. Uma semana inteira usando as mesmas toalhas e a mesma roupa de cama, lastimável.

9.0The place felt like home, spacious, comfortable beds and view is amazing. I like the kiddies pool as well.
− The place was not cleaned throughly, even after the cleaners came on the 3rd day they didn't do much. The doors are dirty, behind doors and corners.Under the couch is full of dust and rubbish. You can clearly see it hasn't been cleaned and few stays. We also struggled with the gas stove, you can't bake much in it.
