− The resort fee is a rip off! You guys don’t provide any good customer service on the beach. Valet was not on point. Elevator wait is ridiculous

9.0Everything was amazing, we enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment had all the necessary amenities. The only negative thing was the long wait for the elevator and the so called tourist fee that had to be paid in addition to the cost of stay.
Decent spot but some drawbacks
7.0Close walk to beach and grocery store (Walmart). Nice but small pool on canal. Spacious balcony. Minimal gym well kept. Luggage storage. 24 hour reception. Large living room.
− Lacking some kitchen utensils. Limited toilet paper, paper towels, etc available (would not give more toilet paper after first 3 days worth). Some stains on sheets. Very long wait for elevator several times a day (apartment is on 23rd floor) and we had to take the stairs after waiting 10 minutes on two occasions. 2 miles from Hollywood beach (good to keep in mind).
