Flat bem equipado, limpo e à vista pro lago é linda! O Resort é muito tranquilo, sentimos paz e aconchego. Pra quem vai com criança é maravilhoso, muita coisa pra fazer com eles. Voltaremos com certeza!

O condomínio Villa Hípica é muito bom para crianças, tem atividades para todas as idades. A localização do flat é ótima, em frente ao laguinho… os patinhos vinham comer embaixo da nossa varanda.
− O flat está precisando de manutenção. Alguns itens quebrados: ar condicionado da sala, sanduicheira, ralo da cozinha, a Cuba do banheiro trincada. As crianças tinham dificuldade para acionar a descarga do banheiro pq é muito dura. As camas de cima das beliches não tinham proteção, sendo perigoso para crianças dormirem. E as grades onde ficam os colchões das beliches rangiam muito, parecendo q podiam despencar a qualquer momento. O ventilador estava muuuuito sujo e empoeirado, ao pedir a funcionária q limpasse respondeu q não era obrigação dela. Seria interessante contratar um pessoa por fora para realizar uma faxina mais detalhada nos itens do flat. Pq realmente achei q no item limpeza ficou a desejar.
