Need new management of property unfortunately
5.0The downstairs was beautifully done
− When we arrived we was made to wait in the rain for 15 minutes outside the door for the code to open the keys of the property because the managing agency said they hadn’t got my emails a few days prior explaining how we wanted the beds and 5/6 messages (made a week before then again as we arrived at the airport and on the taxi ride to the property and one phone call they didn’t pick up. Ya The upstairs was bare floorboards with so very noisy and some of the nails poke up as you walk on them which cut my sisters foot. The property wasn’t cleaned properly it had pubes on the floor of the bathroom and in the bath tub, there was rubbish still in the kitchen bin , few of the dinner plates was placed in the cabinet unwashed, there was no tea towel, there was only enough towels for 2 people when there was 4 of us, there was no iron. In fairness to the managing agent after I messaged he drove to the property with an iron and tea towel and gave us the code to a padlocked cupboard that had towels but it was all stressful and just not what you expect.
