USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON

− The person who answers the phone 786-659-2814 listed in this location is useless. He/She doesn't answer quesitons, is not kind, and doesn't understand a bit about customer service. I was traveling from center florida and was asking me to go to the property to talk to the manager about my question. Just absurd. Besides, was very rude when asked about the room, just said "Final word" and didn't want to answer any question. Made me so mad that I FU this person (have rarely done that). I did it when she or he said I was banned from staying in this location. Now they got it, I will never even think in staying in any related places to this business.
