Very clean and comfortable property
9.0House was very comfortable, nice and clean. It was well laid out with open plan spaces. It was also well equipped with appliances such as the coffee maker and air fryer as well as the kayak, paddle board and bicycles (although they were not fully functional especially with one which had defective brakes).
− The "sea view" was only available from the roof which was 2 flights of stairs. Also, although the Fuseta Ria beach was close, the location of the property was a bit far from the major activities of Albufeira.
Our stay was amazing, fabulous Villa for family holidays.
10.0The property was beautiful, large bedrooms with plenty of storage. Gorgeous bathrooms Living room, kitchen with huge dining table was amazing for socialising with the family. Outside was perfect, swimming pool (hot) Made such a difference 😍 Just the perfect holiday with the family. And the hosts Catia, Jose & Pedro could not do enough for us … ✨✨✨✨✨

9.0Man kommt nicht immer in Unterkünfte, die so sind, wie sie mit Fotos dargestellt werden. Hervorragend ist, dass tatsächlich jedes Zimmer sein eigenes ausreichend großes Badezimmer hat. Die Küche war viel besser ausgestattet als erwartet, mit Zitronenpresse, Eierbecher, genügend Teller und Gläser für 10 Personen, Spülmaschine, Herd - alles da. Für den Pool war es im Dezember etwas zu kalt, herrliche Spaziergänge am nahe gelegenem Meer (5 min. Zu Fuß) bei Sonne, gleichen das alles aus! José, der Hausverwalter steht gefühlt 24/7 zur Verfügung und hat alles unternommen, um uns den Aufenthalt bequem zu machen (5 Sterne)
− Der Wasserdruck für Kaltwasser war sehr gering, der Kamin, den wir für Weihnachten angezündet haben, bringt Rauch in die oberen Zimmer.
Lovely weekend with family
9.0Property was in a quiet location, 3 levels gave everyone space. Large open kitchen & living room. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. The hosts organised decorations & a cake for a 60th birthday, thank you. The pictures are exactly what you get.
− Only the kitchen chairs, they made a loud noise when moved which disturbed people on ground floor bedrooms (need feet pads)
