Great, quiet and fully stocked apartment! An easy location to access downtown Mannheim and beyond!
9.0The communication coming into the arrival day was ex excellent and very clear. The parking garage was nice to have, but I do think it just should be included in the price, instead of an extra step. When requesting support for maintenance, the response time was clear and the maintenance man was great! Having a BBQ was an added bonus!
− Better communication and consistency for expectations and timings surrounding the departure time (11am on all communications from LitLiving and 10am communicated late the day before. We also had a cleaner come into the apartment unannounced to bring extra dishes (that were not requested) - quite surprising. I'm told that they would amend that easily internally. Maybe a second fan would be nice (so that there is one for each bedroom). It seems that this rental set up was quite new, and there are tags remaining on some if the new furniture/items (balcony couch, BBQ tools and baskets and such). We loved our stay and having a grocery store, bakery, ice cream shop and others places nearby made things really easy! The beach at the Rhine river is about a 12 minute walk away.

5.0Het personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De parkeerplaats onder het gebouw was heel fijn, maar wel jammer dat je daar een toeslag van 9€ per nacht voor betaalt aangezien het appartement niet heel goedkoop was. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en heeft een grote badkamer.
− De woning was best vies bij aankomst, ik moest eerst stofzuigen omdat er nog haren en stof lagen en wij met 2 kleine kinderen reisden. Daarnaast was het er heel warm maar het openzetten van de ramen zorgde dan weer voor veel lawaai ‘s nachts, dus lekker slapen zat er voor ons in de zomer niet in. Qua faciliteiten was het jammer dat er een halve wc rol hing, en een lege verpakking vaatwastabletten. Bij aankomst (vooral op zondag als alles dicht is), is het toch fijn dat er voldoende van dit soort essentials zijn.

9.0Sehr schöne Wohnung und eigentlich fanden wir zentral gelegen. Penny fußläufig gut erreichbar.Der Rhein fußläufig erreichbar und wäre es nicht so heiß gewesen, wäre auch die Rhein Galerie zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Tiefgarage für unser Auto. Schöne Terrasse

10.0Tolles und sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöner Garten. Alles vorhanden, um einen perfekten Urlaub zu machen.
