Buena ubicación es buena y la casa esta muy nueva.

− No me gusto que la alberca estuviera descompuesta y no poder usarla 😞., y tambien lo que no estaba tan limpio de la casa fueron las sábanas y las almohadas porque olían a sucio, y tuvimos que esperar a que alguien nos entregara las llaves para hacer el check in porque no las dejaron en la caja de seguridad como debían de hacer 🙄.

Very welcoming place to stay!!! No kids husband enjoy this stay . Mini vacation! We were so close to all the amazing spots !!! Definitely will book here again

I would consider staying here again but I think the owner was really upset about the pool toys...

Not a bad deal for the price. The home is nice on the inside and out after you enter the garage area. It is safe and secure behind walls with decorative spikes, a locked gate, and a garage door. Everything on the property was functional. We had to contact the owner regarding the Wi-Fi, and she sent someone out right away, and it was taken care of immediately. FYI, it was working all along; we just didn't know how to connect (it was with a barcode). Also, there is a large pool area that is nice. There are lounge chairs, picnic tables, propane grills, an outdoor sink, and bathroom facilities in the pool area. The pool is fenced in and locked with a code, only accessible to tenants. Even though it's a shared pool, we had it to ourselves. This property is great for a family (even though I was traveling with friends). I could see myself bringing the kids and them having a good time. The property has a living room, kitchen, and a dining room with a table and even a high chair, a bathroom, a washer/dryer, and front and backyard. You get all the amenities you'd have at home, and the living room sofa converts to a bed.

− The negatives were that the community the property is in is all dirt, not gated, with wild dogs lingering around. There was no information on where the pool was located, and the directions the owner gave us when we contacted her were unclear. She kept saying it was exactly opposite from the house, which sounds like it should've been across the street, but it was actually directly behind the house. There was no access to the pool from the backyard; you had to go around, and I only found it because another owner who was present on site took us to it. Also, there was an unlocked lock cabinet with pool toys that I thought was for guests, but later found out that it was the owner's personal items, so if you see those, don't use them. There is no TV in the bedrooms. There was also a small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom, and we were told we had to buy our own when it ran out (other properties I've stayed at provided this). I also stayed at other properties that had things like beach chairs, pool toys, etc., for guests, so I really didn't know that was a personal stash.
