It Sucked!
1.0To our selves. And a kitchen to use.
− No heat what so ever. No one responded or came and fixed. Made several calls to owner and Booking.com notified and nothing. We are all now sick.

Very frustrating, given wrong door key code multiple times. Locked out!
5.0It was very clean n the beds were very comfortable.
− This comment is more directed towards Booking.com not the property itself but we didn’t get our door code until the day of and I had to ask for it because we didn’t receive it by 3:00pm like we were told we would. Then when we received it, and tried to use it, the code didn’t work. We had to call the emergency phone # listed because they wouldn’t answer the phone or text back, and sent 3 more emails with the same wrong code. Luckily someone answered at the emergency number listed and he gave us a new code, otherwise we would had to have gone to a hotel. Won’t be using Booking.com again, going back to Vrbo, most will give code the day or 2 before! Less stress with Vrbo.

OK but had some flaws
6.0− House was OK but had some flaws. Photos a bit deceiving. One of the sofa sleepers is in the basement; however, basement is only accessible via a very steep, questionably installed, rickety staircase that leads straight into a wall (one must dismount the staircase sideways). Also, basement lacked a more secure door to the back yard. No wifi / Internet in the house (kids’ main complaint). Also, the small, wall-mounted, smart TVs were not connected to any Internet source. Kitchen lacked a few standard items. Laundry machines in basement but no laundry detergent. Overall house was very clean. Location was great. Neighborhood was nice.

10.0Great location and great hosts! We loved staying at this place. We had an issue with one of the door locks and they fixed it, immediately! Superb customer service. Plenty of room and nice neighborhood; close to all things Tuckahoe. Parking was a bonus as well for NY. Everything was neat, clean, and spacious. Will definitely stay again next year!
