− Not really a dislike, but pool table was broken upon arrival and could not be used...but the staff were made aware and dealt with the issue with no bother
Cancel less than 24hr before our trip
1.0− Very disappointing experience. The property cancelled our booking less than 24 hours before we were due to stay, leaving us with very little time to find alternative accommodation. Cancelling at such short notice is extremely inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. We expected much better communication and reliability from the property. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here and would advise others to be cautious when booking.
London is great! the localisation was really good. pity we had no WIFI - a basic service today - No

− No WIFI worked, the host did reach us to help, very hot during our stay, as it is immediately on the street, we could not open the front door, no air circulating in the flat, no air conditioning. We sent mails at the beginning the host wrote us they will help with the WIFI but then disappeared, we had a leak (we sent video to the host)

− The rug under the coffee table was soaking wet so we had to dry the floor with paper towels and a mop. Some of the lights were also not working, and we had no wifi throughout our stay.
It was so hot, we kept ask for fans, we never had any 😱

7.0The basics were all there and any issues were met with a quick response.
− The top bunk beds felt very unsafe given how narrow they were and there was no backing. I also wish there was a clear separation from the front basement bedroom to the first floor. The ceiling was wide open along the street facing wall, which meant the kids could hear everything at the street level, and any kitchen noise was heard by them because there was no wall or door hiding it. There were also multiple places where the baseboards were pulling away from the wall, soft flooring, and an electrical unit pulled completely out of the wall. I pointed that electric unit out and immediately was met with a response, so I appreciated that.
