Low quality but great location - depends on what you’re looking for.

− Lots of homeless people in the area - feels very unsafe at night. Sheets had black hair on them. Elevator smells terrible. Curtains broken and hard to close. No where to set anything down in the bathroom. Door doesn’t close on its own - feels flimsy.
Very clean, comfortable and easy access to all our interests in the area. The Irish pub across the street was awesome!

− I would have liked a microwave in the room, or toaster oven. I was advertised as an apartment, but was actually a great size room but not an apartment; no kitchenette, eating spot or living room spot .
