10.0It’s a really petite studio. bedroom upstairs, kitchenette and bathroom as well as a mini couch and TV downstairs. Everything was tidy clean, well kept. Owner was very communicative
− Keep in mind if you wake up to the restrooms often, it can be a challenge going up and down.

− The couch wasn’t the most comfortable sitting, but was a small detail. Ac until kept going on and off and when off would be a little muggy, heat rises to the loft, but we think it was mostly fine.

9.0Perfect location, easy check in. No questions asked. Great option for solo travelers or max 2 people. The place is small, but it has all that you need.
− Might be a bit warm on sunny days in the sleeping compartment, as the air conditioning is very low and the bed is high under the roof. Not much sound isolation towards neighbors.
