This property is amazing! We were visiting family that lives in FL & this house had everything & anything you could possibly want or need. My neice had a new baby, they had bedroom on one side of house while me, my husband & mother-in-law had rooms on the other side. The screened in lanai was a great place to chat, have meals and even a tv out there (which entertained my husband). The garage was made into a gameroom & that gave another option of things to do. My husband was teaching his mom to play pool! And then there's the hot tub, & it's huge, clean & very enjoyable. We didn't get to use fire pit, but that's another nice feature. The kitchen was equipped with anything needed, they include coffee pods, tea, sugar, creamer, individually wrapped cookies, crackers. They even left a goodie basket for us. Laundry room with detergent, softener & dryer sheets. The beds & pillows so comfy, felt like a cloud. We were only there 2 nights but if back in area would most definitely rent this house if available. The owners have done a terrific job decorating, the communication with me was great, even when I couldn't figure out how to lock door to leave, lol. Tina & Michael thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, this was a Christmas present for my mother-in-law to meet her great granddaughter & I wanted this to be a stressfree fun reunion & that's exactly what it was! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Oh, & the Christmas tree is very pretty, nice addition.
