The villa was spacious inside with a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and welcoming.

Stylish, modern well equipped beach front apartment for a couple or family of 4. We loved our stay.

This ground floor apartment is perfectly located adjacent to the beach in Corossol. The owners live upstairs in what is a converted house into 2 apartments. The owners are very friendly and responsive to problems or needs for information. We had no problems that were not fixed immediately. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished to a high standard including Internet TVs and a Sonos sound system throughout the house and outside. We found everything we needed and even our desire for a paddleboard, kayak and snorkeling equipment was supplied. The apartment is just across a small local cul-de-sac road, with little traffic, from the beach and a boat jetty. Corossol is more of a village of locals with few tourists. It is 10 mins from both the airport/St Jean and the main town of Gustavia. There is a small shop and restaurant in the village but we bought most supplies at the shops and supermarkets near the airport. Restaurants are mainly in Gustavia and in hotels around the island. The beach is sandy, great for swimming, good snorkeling and kayaking and lots of boating activity from the jetty and the 100 or so boats moored in the bay near the beach. After visiting by car all the top tourist spots like St Jean and the popular beaches, we found ourselves staying close by the apartment, using the local beach which has better snorkeling than any other beach we visited, and is much less busy. St Barts is like St Tropez but in the Caribbean! There is the glitzy very expensive side to the island but unlike most caribbean islands, it is classy, trendy, pretty, and has a very relaxed, safe feel to it. Locals are mostly from France and Sweden, representing the historical ownership of the island. Roads are well maintained as is all of the infrastructure. I would recommend hiring a car. Although it is a small island it is incredibly hilly, which adds to the look of the place, but not if you have to walk! Roads are narrow so a small car like a mini is ideal.

− Prices in restaurants and shops are expensive. Staying in an apartment with kitchen facilities can balance these costs as there are good supermarkets and shops the locals use.

We would love to come back every year. Feels so perfect and authentic St. Barths.

Wonderful authentic location, close to Gustavia and on small sandy beach. Very well maintained and feels brand new. We loved to watch the locals to come to the pier in front of the house and gather for sunset. Most beautiful sunset on the porch. Gym is a great perk. Beds are very comfortable and the house is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed.
