Ocean view The decks outside. The tub in bathroom with view. nice kitchen. Very nice and clean beach. Not many people.

− No working toaster. Road noise from hwy, Need more living room space. especially for lab dog. should provide some counter top cleaner, we bought and left some. need place mats for table.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Close to many local restaurants and little shopping marts. Friendly host that is easy to reach and quick to answer any questions.

Amazing views. Easy access. Comfortable beds. Hot tub. Pups. Everything we could ever want in a getaway.

Kenny was a fabulous host. He communicated with us much more than other hosts in the past and he kept us informed prior to the trip and checked in after our arrival to see if we had any needs or questions duriing our stay. The house was everything we expected and had two lovely decks for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the upper deck which has plexiglass windscreens. The deck was wonderful even on the windiest days. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking including baking which we need as we cook most of our meals when we travel. The traffic noise was not intrusive and beach access was easy and close. This beach is our favorite and has been for years. Internet access was good. There were plenty of towels for both beach and bath and we took advantage of the washer and dryer several times. All in all a great place to stay.

Great Ocean Views off an upper and lower deck in a house with living area upstairs!

This was a fabulous location right on the beach. We loved the 2 decks that looked over the beach and even watched whales feeding straight out! The decks had plenty of chairs and shelter from the wind upstairs as well as from sun downstairs. The living area was upstairs and bedrooms down, but there was a bathroom on both levels. The layout is a little quirky as the living room faces the highway, not the ocean. But the kitchen and dining area overlook the beach and are fabulous. This was not a problem for us at all, but mobility-limited guests should be aware that it is necessary to go up and down a long stairs inside the house. The home is nicely decorated and renovated, plenty of dishes and basics in the kitchen! Parking was between the house and the highway, but it was easy for 2 cars. The location between Waldport and Yachats is wonderful, as we have favorite restaurants in either. The beach is easy to get to and plenty of walking either way.

− The wifi seemed very good for our devices, but we could never get the TV to work in the living room. The host was responsive and tried to help, but we were worried about damaging the TV by trying to look behind it or re-set it, so we just weren't able to use it. The fire pit on the lower deck wouldn't start either, and the Keurig in the kitchen did not work. But with the view, the place was very nice. Mobility-limited guests will probably need to use the stairs access to the beach, although we were made aware that we needed to access it from the front of the neighbor's house, not through the back. There is a lot of highway noise at night, even with the windows shut, so guests should be aware of that if they are light sleepers.
