Our Peyia stay
9.0We loved the location, it was very private and quiet. The property was very spacious in every area. The rooms were all very bright with plenty of storage, and all had aircon that worked very well when needed. The outside pool area with the big palm trees is just lovely, and the pool is so refreshing in the hot weather. It is just down from Peyia village that has a well stocked store, some bars and great restaurants, and it's only a 5-minute drive away from Coral Bay and the beaches. A 5-10 minute walk will get you to a couple of local bars, shop, pharmacy and doctors, etc
− It would be nice to have some better sunbeds with pads for around the pool.

8.0Location was good. Swimming pool was good. The house is big and can afford 6 persons. Bernard the host is very kind and helpful person. Value of money place.
− House little strange. We struggle to find the house in check in. In the room of 2 single beds there is no air-condition.

1.0The private pool and the place is big.
− In the inside the place have had a basic cleaning but was far from clean. The furniture is broke in many places. In the inside area the biggest downside is the kitchen. It misses literally everything other than empty furniture and an oven. I have never every experienced a kitchen with such little equipment like this (in more than 20 Villa/Apartment stays over the years). You may feel issues even when trying to prepare a salad. I doubt that it is of use for anything other than storing drinks in the freezer. Further, there is no hair dryer in the entire house. Not a must have (at least when the outside temperature is above 30°C) but definitely a big minus for those with long hair. The outside area was definitely not cleaned before we arrived with dirt lying around (Cigarette butts, used Cocktail umbrellas, ...). Also a lot of broken furniture in the outside area (i.e. metal frame of a garden lounger without cushion, ...). In general much broke stuff or stuff that actually should be thrown away is standing around without use nor purpose. Almost empty kitchen nearly useless for preparing any kind of food. Please don't go there unless the owner has fixed the place (i.e. the place undergoes massive maintenance if not renovation).
