This hotel ....needs more cleaning staff

The garden was lovely , rooms big and very clean. The location was close to the Castle & a short cut down a side lane and you are at the Omicho Market .

− Most of the staff have very limited English . But this biggest issue I have with this particular hotel is their greed , & their rigid approach... I arrived at 10.00am and asked was it possible get into the room a little earlier because I had an bad asthma attack earlier that morning & was not feeling well they refused ....although they made the offer that they would let me into my room by 1.00Pm if I paid 4000 yen . The result I had to sit in the lobby for for 3 & half hours not feeling well before I could go to my room and rest. I have stayed in many hotels most will let you in earlier if your room is ready. Especially if a person is unwell they make an effort to get a room... The problem with this hotel is that they do not hire nearly enough cleaning staff they had 1 housemaid working on my floor with huge bags laundry strewn along the hallway... the management make a big thing of requesting to their guests not the get their rooms cleaned because of environmental reasons but its really just about greed and cutting costs , even though the hotel itself was quite nice the management and their policies are a turn off , I would not consider staying here again for this reason

スタッフの感じがよい どこに行くにもアクセスがよい 朝食が美味しい 無料のシャトルバスがありがたい

− 製氷機が各フロアに無い 売店が18時に閉まってしまうのとスペースが狭いため品揃えが少ない（食べ物やアルコール類）

− 大浴場がなかった点。部屋にソファーが欲しかった。
