Great stay no complaints. Just put observations
9.0The place was neat, clean and ready for us. Really clean and grass was nice. Places we wanted to go weren't too far away like the seawall, pleasure pier, the strand, etc.
− Mosquitoes, flies, and a 3 roaches. Had to spray a few of the wasps to help. Not a problem tho you cant get away from bugs they trying to escape the heat. Was missing batteries from one of the controller upstairs for the TV. Wish we had gotten more toilet paper for a 7 day stay with 5 adults and 2 children. No dishwasher pods was left to use for the dishwasher so I bought dish soap and washed dishes for the 7 days. Only one trash bag under the kitchen sink to use for trash for 7 days. I would say just be aware of how long people are staying, and how many people is all.

− The side key thing doesn't work for the side door. You always have to go to the front door.

8.0Clean, convenient location for cruise port destination.
− If you are staying only one night, this is only a 18 hour reservation. It is controlled by a door passcode that won't let you in one minute before your alloted time at 4 PM. We paid $50.00 to enter at 2, and sat on the porch after our drop off at 1:50. We needed to leave by 10, even though our check in for the cruise was 2. For this reason, I would not use this property again for a cruise destination..
