7.0Hot tub, beds, coffee, easy access to joshua tree national park, close to restaurants, decor
− curb appeal was not nice (garbage and old furniture in lot beside), broken backyard fence, no steps into hot tub so inaccessible to get in (husband unable to use), missing the carpet in living room so the floor was cold and not cozy environment, no robes as other reviews noted, step into sunroom is big tripping hazard (needs to be addressed or made more visible with signage or warning), kitchen blind is broken so cant open yo see the backyard view, second bedroom needs a mirror on the wall
