3BR Penthouse- ocean views, lanais, ACs, hot tub, pool, sauna, steps to beach♡

Nice and cozy

I like the place and Maria was wonderful in communicating effectively. The place was very clean and cozy. The view from the penthouse was amazing both in the morning and evening. We loved the variety of board games available as in the evenings, we came together to play monopoly.

− I have a 1.5yr old and when he went to the pool it was kind of hard to keep him quiet from yelling or screaming, I believe it might of been the property managers, told us to quiet him down and we tried but at the end of the day he is a small kid enjoying the pool. So, every time my kid would raise he voice or let a small scream of excitement and yes it was a little loud, he would make faces or sound as he walked around the facility. That was unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome at enjoying the facilities. Also, the internet kept going in and out. Maria did send someone to fix it, shortly after the guy left, it stopped working.

For future guests, keep blinds closed and ac on , you will save on your energy bills.

Beautiful views

− When we checked in, the ac was off and it was incredibly hot and humid. There was sand on the sheets making me believe that they were not clean, yuck!

Lovely condo - super comfy and just a couple of blocks from the beach

This condo was wonderfully equipped with not only all the kitchen items we needed but also with beach towels, games, beach chairs - lots of bath towels and lovely views from both balconies. Loved playing pickleball as well!

− Our only issue was not having a shade for the skylight in the loft. Luckily we were up super early most mornings but might cause an issue for individuals to sleep in on the loft area. Be ready for steps :)

We had a wonderful week and would return again!

The location was great and the beach “toys” were much appreciated.

− The number of guest parking spaces in the lower lot is not adequate and hauling stuff to the upper lot for an outing was not fun! The ice maker had a tendency to clog up and leak on the floor. It would be nice to have two pool keys to allow a little more flexibility with the group splitting up to go to the pool. If someone decided to go back to the room, you were almost forced to leave at the same time, as you need a key to get out of the gated area!!

We really enjoyed the location and how close the condo was to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable for our family. We had a total of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) in our group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and relax. The pool, hot tub, and suana were an added plus. Maria was great to work with, and she was very responsive to our needs and questions. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrellas, etc.) were a very nice convenience as well! We'd highly recommend staying here.

− The property is located on a hill, and there are a lot of stairs required to reach the condo on the 4th floor from either the lower or upper parking location. It wasn't a big issue for our group, but we did get some extra exercise carrying our luggage, groceries, and beach gear up to the condo. Maria did a good job of documenting this in the listing and communicating it to us prior to our stay, so it wasn't a surprise. We just wanted to reinforce that if anyone in your group has difficulty going up or down stairs, this may not be the best location for your group.
