− The instructions for obtaining the keys were okay, but not for entering the apartment as the instructions indicate where to park but the number of the parking space and the apartment do not match. They also expect you to empty the bins, which is fine, but the instructions say to dispose of the rubbish in the chutes without indicating where the chutes are. The property manager suggests installing their smartphone app, which I did, but there are too many sepearate sections to click on which makes finding specific info cumbersome.

− We probably had one of the worst check-in experiences. The instructions were sent without an apartment number, just a code to a lockbox. There are 18 lockboxes, and we had to try the code on every single one before we found ours. The number on the lockbox doesn’t match the apartment number or the number on the key. To make matters worse, there are multiple apartments with the same number in the building, and no floor information was provided.
