8.0The property was very spacious. Easy access to the beach from property.
− The pull out bed in the small room was broken at the end and the mattress was stained. The shower had no power to it and kept switching itself off mid shower back to the tap. The house overall had a musty smell to it on arrival and we had to open the window to "air" the home.
Absolutely incredible stay
10.0What wasn’t to like! It was a great location, 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Southbourne Beach and 15 minutes drive to Bournemouth. Fabulous sized house, every room had plenty of space. The sofa bed has to be the most comfortable one i’ve ever slept in and everyone else said their beds were great too. Cooking for 8 of us was made effortless with a fully equipped kitchen. Coming home after lots of walking or our nighttime activities and sinking into the lovely warm hot tub was heavenly.

Would definitely stay again
9.0Situated in a quiet area but close enough to a pub and shops. Was perfect for our family for 2 nights. Nice and cosy and we really enjoyed our stay. Has everything you need away from home. We would 100% stay here again
− There wasn’t anything we didn’t like as such just a couple of little things: One of the double beds was so high up my parents who are in their 60s struggled There is no lock on the bathroom door
