− No hay NADA!! FALTA UN SNACK BAR FALTA UNA BARRA DE COCTELS
I would like to get a refund or partial if possible. Our stay did not meet our expectations.
3.0The entrance of the property was great, but roads were horrible.
− The room itself had very bad AC circulation, it was not cleaned at all and we were coughing all week throughout our stay, causing health issue. The tv did not work asked for a replacement and got it 3 days later, communication was good. But then got offered to switch to first floor and not get a partial refund, first floor did not have the view or anything. The shower drainage was bad as well, we had to clean it out it was horrible.
