3.0− Bad service. The aircond in master bedroom is broken. Then the technician come 3 times to repair it. The owner gave the technician door password (not safe at all). Owner service is very poor and owner does not prioritize the security and privacy of tourist. The owner did not apologize at all about the aircond. I will never ever book this property anymore. Tq.
