The pool and location were incredible. House has a ton of potential, and the kitchen is beautiful!

− The majority of the amenities listed are either broken, old/rusty, or don't work. The property has a lot of deferred maintenance as well. Here is a detailed list.... Basketball balls for basketball hoop are all deflated. The miniature golf set is rusty. Broken patio board, be careful where you step/walk. Broken kitchen chair leg, be careful where you sit. Patio furniture chair broken. Patio cushions are random, thin, old, have holes, are dirty, and faded. Ping pong table net not set up, just a ping pong table. Spike ball... with no ball. Mosquitoes are CRAZY and there is nothing used to control the issue (Owner left a can of bug stray). Gym equipment is old and rusty. Kitchen chairs rusty. Dog treat under bed, we did not bring a dog. Water pressure is Master bath is VERY weak Toilet in Master bath does not flush well. Water in the Master bath sink and toilet is brown. Waterbugs in the backyard, one in the house, a TON in the grill, making it unusable. Hairs on the sheets on the Master bedroom. We overlooked alot, the straw that broke the camels back was the fact that the house was serviced by Maids while we were out one day. The maids swept dirt and paper under the bed. They changed the sheets (we brought from home) and took off our pillowcases. We spent a good 2 hours after a long day at the beach trying to locate OUR belongings. Our clean clothes that were on the bed were put on the floor, clean towels we brought from home and were using, were put on the floor. When I asked why I was not informed they were coming, I was told I "lucked out". I would have opted out of a cleaning service since I was sweeping and keeping up with the cleanliness of the home every morning.
