The property was excellent and Jane and Andrew very attentive.
10.0Tastefully laid out and decorated. Exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful quiet, scenic location with lots to see and lovely countryside. Friendly attentive hosts.
− Nothing about the property. The booking was made nearly a year in advance because we had seen it, yet we were asked by Host & Stay to pay the full amount. We have never experienced that before. We found Host & Stay’s messages quite unfriendly after a long period of silence. The offer of a pop-up chef was repeated, but it’s not something we would appreciate! No directions given to find the property - fortunately we knew where it was!
The perfect base for our short stay exploring Hadrian's Wall, we would love to return.
10.0Spacious comfortable cottage with every amenity. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lovely enclosed garden. The children's room with books was much appreciated, we're only sorry we didn't have time to use the study for our own reading!!!
