Appartamento perfetto per famiglie con bambini
8.0La disposizione delle camere, la posizione della casa a due passi dal lungo mare ma serramenti nuovi che hanno permesso notti silenziose, accesso al lungomare proprio davanti al cancello dell’appartamento, il piano terra e cortile perfetto per i bambini, tapparelle quasi in tutte le camere, condizionatori in tutte le camere
− La pulizia apparentemente era sufficiente, in realtà tutte le pentole erano sporche, la caffettiera inutilizzabile probabilmente lavata il lavastoviglie, sotto ai letti e dietro le porte erano presenti due dita di polvere e sabbia e addirittura un calzino, la doccia presentava segni di muffa e il bagno cieco emanava forte odore di fogna in risalita dai sanitari. Per carità nulla di insopportabile ma al prezzo di 1550 a settimana si pretende di più sulla pulizia

8.0L'alloggio con una vista panoramica bellissima, l'arredamento super moderno e di qualità, la distanza mare praticamente zero in quanto fronte mare.
− Le pulizie dell'alloggio scarse , in bagno c'è un problema di formiche la sera ne uscivano veramente tantissime da sotto il mobile del lavandino, la manutenzione scarsa in soggiorno un lampadario e le lampade necessitano di un cambio lampadine, il rubinetto del bidet esce pochissima acqua, il stendibiancheria sarebbe da cambiare perché rotto in parte e lascia della ruggine,nel terrazzino è presente una sdraio ma inutilizzabile perché ha il telo rotto. In fine i materassi della camera con le tende beige sarebbero da cambiare. Peccato per questi inconvenienti perché l'alloggio è veramente bello necessita solo di più cure.

Zu empfehlen mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten
8.0Die Lage und der Meerblick sind super. Die Wohnung ist für 5 bis 6 Personen ausreichend gross. Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Möbel waren ansprechend. Es gibt einen Zugang zu den kostenlosen Parkplätzen im Hof.
− Es haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Seife im Bad, Müllsäcke und Spülmaschinentabs gefehlt. Toll wäre evtl. Auch Zugang zu den Putzutensilien. Wenn man mehrere Tage da ist möchte man ab und zu auch ein bisschen sauber machen. Im einem Schlagzimmer geht der Putz von der Wand ab, das könnte man evtl noch etwas ausbessern. Ein früherer Zugang zur Wohnung wäre gut gewesen (erst ab 16 Uhr möglich), da die Wohnung mit einem Schlüsselsafe versehen ist, wäre das denke ich möglich gewesen. Grade wenn man viele Stunden unterwegs war möchte man nicht noch 5 stunden drausssen herumlungern bis man sich mal frisch machen kann.
