Unlike the owner, personnel on the campsite is very professional

− Property is not luxury Alehouse but simple cottage placed on the isolated and empty campsite not suitable for staying during winter. Personnel on the campsite is very professional and helpful but the owner of the property does not disclose important information related to the property or discloses in short notice prior arrival. Disclosing these information on time would certainly result in most of the guest cancelling booking so I assume they do this on purpose. Electricity consumption is limited and leads to blackouts. You will receive this message (attached picture) 3 days before arrival and you need to be Nikola Tesla to know how to use house appliances. In practice if you turn all three heaters to heat the house you cannot use dishwasher, ovan etc.. If you get into the problem there will not answer phone but tell you to call campsite personnel leaving you in the middle of the night in cold and without electricity. Cottage cannot be heated above 20c on temperatures outside minus There is no wifi They expect you to clean everything before leaving (picture attached) There is not privacy in rooms and toilet All in all not good value for money, avoid this property.

The house is cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities. It had everything we needed. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. You can park your car right in front of the house, which is very convenient. It is located just 20 minutes away from Turracher Höhe. Nice terrace.

− When we arrived it was very cold inside the house. We wanted to heat the place but it was to much for electricity system. So we run out of it. The lady at the reception was very kind and help us with that. She has do it twice until until we figured out that we couldn't have all the radiators on and the oven running at the same time. We are sorry for disturbing the lady, especially since it was Christmas Eve. The next day, the cottage warmed up, and staying in it was pleasant. There was a slight draft through the windows, but it didn't bother us too much.
