Overall, nice clean apartment and would stay again.
10.0The location was excellent! The apartment was very clean and inviting with the updated and spunky decor! I liked that there were things for the kids to do next to the pool like the ping pong table, cornhole and the arcade games.
− My only complaints would be the king bed we stayed in wasn’t very comfortable, it was a little on the firmer side. The smell of the laundry room was very strong like moth balls and was almost hard to stay in there while I washed a load of beach towels. The other complaint would be that the pool closed at 8pm. We didn’t get back from the beach until after 6:30 and went to dinner and would have liked to got in the pool when we got back from dinner.
Two-bedroom apartment in an area of many apt. complexes
8.0Apartment is clean, everything works, appreciate extras included (coffee filters, soap, shampoo). Chose this place because it is walking distance to our son's home for our Thanksgiving week visit, so location was the biggest factor.
− Notes from property management accusing us of parking in the wrong slot (we didn't even have a car) and several notices reminding us of the no party/ noise rules -- we are a senior couple who only slept there (chose this apt. to spent time visiting our son nearby); we never turned on the TV (upstairs neighbors scraped furniture, bounced balls). The decorations are all glued down so you cannot use top surfaces to place anything.... This is just an ordinary old apt. (updated) located among other apt. buildings, across from Lowes, longish walk to the beach. Required to take out the trash -- seems cleaning fee should cover that. In general not a friendly feeling from the hosts:) Extra charge of $65 for checking in 3 hrs early -- we turned that down.

− Many dishes were dirty, even crud sitting in the kittle and coffee maker. Spill in the freezer by something.
