− 1.Property owner demanding for more money. 2.No hot water available. Just tiny 3 liter water heater fitted in the bathroom. 3. No 24 hours checking. 4.unnecessary deduction from advance amount. 5. No parking facility 6. Used toothpastes torned pillow covers kept. Most of the review provided for the property probably from the property owner know persons (friends n relatives) and not the actual reviews like more review stars.

8.0Good behaviour. We have to pay a security deposit of 5k but that was returned on the same day after checkout. Clean rooms and bed sheets. Fridge washing, machine and induction cook top vessels , plates and glass available for those who would like to cook.
− Only one common toilet available, which is comparatively small in size. Nothing else. Overall worth for the money we spend.
