5.0Es handelt sich um eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage. Leider ist die Ausstattung unzureichend. Der Vermieter ist kein Gastgeber. Wir haben selbst die Schuld daran, da wir nicht alle E-Mails richtig gelesen haben. Um die Wohnung zu betreten, muss man eine App für die Haustür herunterladen und einen Zahlencode für die Wohnungstür eingeben. Wir kamen um 23:30 Uhr nach einem langen Flugtag an. Da das Öffnen der Tür kompliziert war, riefen wir den Vermieter an, der die Tür schließlich per Fernzugriff öffnen konnte. Anstatt uns willkommen zu heißen, uns den Code für die Innentür zu geben und uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu wünschen, war er verärgert, dass wir ihn so spät anriefen. In der Wohnung angekommen, mussten wir erst diverse E-Mails durchlesen, um den Zahlencode für die Wohnungstür zu finden. Für einen achttägigen Aufenthalt war alles unzureichend. Besonders in der Küche stießen wir auf alte, beschädigte und gefährliche Gegenstände sowie fehlende oder unzureichende Grundausstattung. Nach zwei Tagen kontaktierten wir den Vermieter und baten um Hilfe. Er meinte, die Reinigungsfirma sei verantwortlich und wir sollten das Problem selbst lösen oder Ersatz leisten.

Pleasant visit.
7.0Close to tram, local shops and great bowling alley/restaurant. Beds comfortable & plenty of room for 3. Umbrellas a nice touch.
− Two floors up, wasn’t fully aware of this at time of booking. Friends have ankle and knee issues so made it slightly difficult. Old food in cupboard (bread rolls - out of date), sprouting old potatoes in a drawer. This made us feel that cleaning was not 100%. Insufficient toilet tissue for 4 nights & 3 people. Had to contact host re iron (which was listed), a steamer is not the same.
