Is cozy and comfort.

− My guest can’t park nearby the homestay but need to park outside the guard house. Is a bit not so convenient for old ppls and child’s.

1. After Full payment via booking.com got additional charges （only will know after non-refundable full payment） which is a problem for me. If I knew there were additional fees before full payment, I wouldn’t choose this unit. I was charged Rm150 (Which was coordinating fees for this unit) just because I order buffet dinner. Management team say Rm150 coordinating fees included (car arrangement service, rubbish clearance expenses, visitor arrangement, and 3rd party coordination service.) but I don’t see anyone else there to coordinate party service or car arrangement service. 2. Meant to be private event space- I was there to celebrate my 21st birthday and end up complaint by neighbours and had a Rm250 penalty charge event though we already try our best to keep the volume down. Highly not recommended to have party in this unit. For Uncle Aunty sleeps at 10pm can come it’s ok haha. 3. More than 24hours after I check out only they say i didn’t clean up the trash (which was not my duty as I have already paid cleaning fees) and extra Rm150 coordinating fees which included rubbish clearances expenses Homestay Management step up and tell to pay extras Rm80 charges for cleaner… before they check whether is my fault or not. As I have took a video before I check out and I was clean. This end up to be birds poking the rubbish bag and make up the mass. So finally no extra charges for my 21st birthday. Yay I recommend owner to be clear on booking.com or any other 3rd parties platform. Don’t make customer pay non-refundable payment only you tell them there are more extra charges. 4. Some of the light bulb not working in the garden and fan on 1st floor also not working.

Spacious space and all facilities are well maintained. Plenty of things to do here. Heard that the towels are disposable but quality is so much better than those we get from Shopee. Overall very satisfied.
