− kind of dirty and the tissues smell like pooh and the bed kind of small for the queen bed
I did not stay and was still charged three times for a room i never stayed in
1.0I did not stay the police was called because your employee and the hotel stole money,the desk staff swipped my card twice and then charged me for a room that was already paid for on (booking.com) the police was called and a police report was filed,i was told that i woukd get a total refund which came 2 days later and then they turned around and took the money right back out my acoount,im in the process of filing a civil suit now

5.0It was very clean, I'll give it that. And the full-soze fridge/freezer was good to have.
− The TV remote only had a few working buttons and the TV itself was mounted at a slight angle.
