7.0The location of the property is perfect - just a short drive to wonderful beaches, a large Publix at the corner and many restaurants nearby. The 2 bedroom/2 bath layout was good for our family and the washer & dryer was an added convenience. Very easy to access the property and management readily answered our phone call upon "check in".
− We stayed here towards the end of the area's "busy" season, so I imagine the property has been used a lot recently. The property was mostly clean, but definitely in need of a thorough top-to-bottom deep clean to address all the nooks & crannies and baseboards. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and it sounds like they are on the manager's "to do" list once things calm down.
