4.0The location of the property was excellent surrounded by beautiful grounds.
− The property did not meet the standard expected and looked neglected in terms of upkeep and maintenance, making some parts and products unusable. The thermostat did not work hence the property got very warm and could not switch-off the heating as put on by the management. One evening returning from a walk on the grounds, the front door was blocked by two huge cages full of linen and stuff left by the staff assuming no body was living there. Real pain moving them but a real Health and safety issue!!! Extractor fans in both ensuites not working and the drains smell was not very nice. Very unpleasant!! With the weather being so nice last weekend in Cork, we could not use the patio and its furniture as it was very dirty and was probably not cleaned since last summer UNLIKE all the other properties in the court. Main light switch in 1st bedroom not working Coffee machine not working! Toilet seat in front bedroom ensuite was not securely fixed.

− Awful noise coming from the plumbing 24/7. Sounded like someone throwing a stone at the front door about every 3 minutes but we got used to it after a couple of days

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in.
