− We weren't happy with the cleaning quality. The sheets were dirty, there was sand on the bed, the dishes were broken, the knives were dull, and we found a large cockroach. There was a damp smell in the apartment, and the floors weren't completely cleaned. We found women's hair everywhere.Lack of a kettle.

− The million keys and almost locked out because of key being stuck in the door. One key for door and one for entrance, Just don’t understand why there are a million keys to be given to the guest to get totally confused with it all.

− Um Ar Condicionado é essencial. Deviam pensar nesse investimento. Não faz sentido a piscina fechar a 15 de setembro quando ainda têm hóspedes. Esse facto devia estar descrito na reserva e não aparece em lado nenhum.
